Paradisaea Cocktail Menu
Illustrations and Layout Design for San Diego Michelin-Guide Restaurant Paradisaea’s Cocktail Menu.
This menu premiered in March 2024 and was in rotation until our next iteration of the 2025 bar menu. The Cocktail Menu was intended to act as a Field Guide of Cocktails, inspired by exotic birds from all over the world.
I worked closely with ownership and bar staff to select the birds featured, as well as researching interesting facts about each birds to add an interesting layer for customers when ordering their drinks. The menu even has a “Flightless Bird” section for Non-Alcoholic Cocktails.
